Lesson Options                                                        

Group lessons

  • Four students are enrolled in one session.

  • Classes are open to any students who qualify.

  • One 1-hour session per week.

Semi-Private Lessons

  • Two students are enrolled in each session.

  • Classes are open to any students who qualify.

  • One 1-hour session per week.

Private lessons

  • One on one instruction.

  • Lessons are private and not shared with other students.

  • One 1-hour session per week.

College course

  • Available only as Semi-Private or Private lessons

Study Hours

  • Unlimited study hours are available based on the center schedule, for monthly tuition students only.

Learning Options

  • Online or in-person instruction is available.

Payment and Tuition

Registration fee

  • $45.00 per student for the academic school year.

  • The registration fee includes books and instructional materials.

Policies

  • The tutoring schedule follows the Sanger Unified School District 2026-2027 instructional calendar.

  • Monthly tuition is due in advance on the first lesson of each month and must be paid no later than the 10th of the month.

  • New students must complete the registration and pay one-month tuition in advance.

  • Hourly lessons must be paid before tutoring begins to reserve the student’s spot.

  • There are no refunds or credits for missed lessons, students who pay monthly tuition may attend study hours to make up missed lessons.

  • Cancelation Policy: Please provide one week’s notice if you wish to discontinue tutoring services.  Otherwise, tuition will still be charged, even if the student does not attend classes.

Example: if your child’s tutoring session is on Wednesday, the cancellation notice must be received by 12:00 pm on the previous Wednesday.

  • If tuition is not paid on time, Monica Math Inc. reserves the right to refuse service.

  • Monica Math Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any student who does not follow the center’s policies.

A $15.00 returned check fee will be charged for any check returned by the bank.

Family Discount

A discount is available for families enrolling multiple children.

Transfer Policy

Tutoring sessions are non-transferable and may not be transferred to another person.

Parents:

Students are most successful when parents encourage them to view math as an enjoyable and rewarding subject.  Positive encouragement, praise, and appropriate discipline help students build confidence and develop a strong foundation in learning.

Parents are responsible for:

  • Bring students to lessons on time.

  • Helping younger students remember to bring all required materials, including homework

  • Picking up students promptly at their schedule dismissal time.
